COVID-BLASTER II

COVID-BLASTER II the sequel to COVID-BLASTER, is a top down space shooter

Each Virus has a special movement pattern, learn them and fight efficiently, move with grace and dodge enemies, get many of them with one shot to get a sweet combo, find each boss and fight them. Try to get as many points as you can, spare each one of you're lives until you get to the boss, where you can get one more if you defeat it.

STORY:

In the year 2020, a large group of scientists thought they found the cure for Coronavirus, after getting approved, they started spreading the cure to many countries to help and cure thevirus, however the formula was not exactly as they thought it would, instead of making the virusdie, it only made it possible to survive without a host. Inexplicably it mutated into a huge creature outside of the atmosphere of Planet Earth, after careful thinking by many of the planet’s most powerful countries, they united to launch a small spaceship with loaded beams of light containing a new variant of the original cure to the virus which would neutralize it, the mission was a successand the virus slowly died short after.5 Years later… The same group of countries launched a small secret space program specialized in finding new life in other solar systems, after a couple of months later, they received a distress signal by a faraway galaxy, after more months of advancements they were able to send a specialized rocket to see what’s going on, after arriving, the galaxy was over taken by a race of viruses who killed everyone in it, after further investigation it was confirmed that the race of viruses  was a descendant of the mutated virus who after many years mutated into different variants around the galaxy, spreading on different parts of space, after seeing this the secret space  program called the original space commander who was responsible for neutralizing the original virus, now with a modified yet similar feeling ship, he was sent off to fight against the race of viruses with a variant of the old cure to neutralize the new species.
